6. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. SYN Sciences reserves the right to:

7. Shipping Policy
SYN Sciences ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. SYN Sciences is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, government actions, or other force majeure events.
8. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit
All sales are final except in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: Notify us within 15 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
- Incorrect Items: Notify us within 15 days of delivery. We will correct the order at no additional cost.
- Store Credit: May be issued for eligible situations at our sole discretion, valid for 30 days from issuance.
To initiate a request, contact support@synpeptidesciences.com with your order number, description, and supporting photos. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, improper storage, or products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
