1. Shipping Destinations
SYN Sciences currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes — a physical street address is required for all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. SYN Sciences is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off to USPS or UPS.
4. Free Shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders totaling $250.00 or more (before taxes). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying order threshold is met. Free shipping is available via Standard service (3–5 business days) only and does not apply to expedited or overnight options.
5. Signature Requirement
To protect our customers and ensure secure delivery, the following signature policy applies:
- Orders under $200: No signature required — package may be left at the delivery address
- Orders $200 and over: Adult signature required upon delivery — the carrier will not leave the package unattended
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery for a signature-required order, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to us. SYN Sciences is not responsible for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly at:

- UPS: ups.com/tracking
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
7. Packaging & Discretion
All SYN Sciences orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us. Package labels will display our return address but will not reference the nature of the products inside.
All products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity and quality during transit. Peptides are shipped in appropriate conditions to preserve purity and stability.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
SYN Sciences is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting your local USPS or UPS facility directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable
If your package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us at support@synsciences.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and products immediately
- Contact us at support@synsciences.com within 15 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your message
We will review your claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. SYN Sciences is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@synsciences.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
11. Force Majeure
SYN Sciences is not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, government actions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
