3. Damaged Products
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we sincerely apologize and want to make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage:
- You must contact us at support@synsciences.com within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date
- You must provide your order number
- You must include clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged product
Once we review your claim, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. Claims submitted after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will correct the mistake promptly at no additional cost to you. To report an incorrect item:

- Include your order number and a description of what you received vs. what you ordered
- Photos are helpful but not always required for incorrect item claims
We will ship the correct item as quickly as possible once the claim is verified.
5. Store Credit
In certain situations not covered by Sections 3 or 4, SYN Sciences may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Store credit:
- Is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous orders
- Is non-transferable and applies to your account only
- May be issued in lieu of a refund where applicable
6. Non-Eligible Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund, return, or store credit under any circumstances:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after purchase
- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, or tampered with in any way
- Products that were improperly stored after delivery (e.g. not refrigerated when required)
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Requests submitted outside the stated time windows
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. SYN Sciences is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions once a refund has been issued on our end.
